Pink Peony

I absolutely love peonies, so back in June 2022, I might have convinced Pete to buy me a bouquet just so I could paint them! This pink variety was so striking, and I arranged them in our lovely green vase, capturing the moment in a photo while they were fresh… and then life (and other paintings) got in the way.

Fast forward to now—my recent work with Carl Knibb has reignited my love for still life, and I knew it was time to finally bring this piece to life. 💕

Flowers to last a lifetime—this original painting captures the fleeting beauty of peonies in full bloom, so they’ll never fade.
