Last week, we created the Christmas window at Bespoke in Lichfield. I’ve really enjoyed the new role of window design. This time, each of the makers designed their own baubles for the window, another maker and her sister made snowballs to hang behind and I created a simple star design at the top of the window to tie it all together.
Hopefully, it makes people smile when they walk past. I’m very proud to be a part of Bespoke as one of just under 30 local makers.
I always enjoy Christmas as a small business. It’s a chance to play around and try new things. This year I’ve been doing more little Christmas decorations, this time on stars. I’ve been working on some new Lichfield Cathedral pieces finishing with a pen drawn outline. This allowed for some great colour use. I’ve some ideas I want to work on and I have my plans ready. And finally, I’m working on some secret pieces that a look forward to sharing in the future.
Oh and I entered a competition on Wraptious, so will see how that goes. You can see the designs I submitted here and a like and/or share of the post counts as a vote. Thank you!
